Most of the work they... read more did went well, but there were a couple of branches that stuck up from one of the front trees, and there were several leaves and branches they missed in the front during clean up. That said, they were less expensive than the people we were using, and much quicker and more responsive.

Edited to add that Cristo contacted me soon after I posted this review, asking if he could stop by the trim that branch and clean up the yard. As I said, he's very responsive. I'm changing the review from 4 to 5 stars.
