Frequently Asked Questions
What is covered under your warranty?
Our warranty covers anything related to the installation itself, including buckling, cracking, spreading and retaining edge failure. If we investigate a problem and determine it was caused by incorrect installation methods, we’ll repair it immediately for free. The warranty doesn’t cover problems that are unrelated to the installation, like tree roots, but we can easily fix those issues by lifting up the pavers, cutting the roots back and putting it all back together. Stained pavers aren’t covered, but they’re easily replaced. Sealing is a great way to protect pavers against certain stains.
Can you help me choose a product and design?
Yes, we have several skilled designers on our team. There are many pavers and designs to choose from, and it can get a bit overwhelming for some people. We’ll look at your house and suggest products, colors, and styles that we feel would work best. We can also do a custom design if you’d prefer.
Can I install pavers or travertine around my swimming pool?
Absolutely. You can put pavers anywhere that you can put concrete, as long as it’s done correctly. Each application has its own requirements, though—the installation around a pool is different than the installation on a driveway.
Is artificial grass/ turf pet friendly?
Yes, artificial grass or turf is generally considered pet-friendly. It provides a durable and low-maintenance surface that is resistant to digging, staining, and odors. Additionally, artificial turf is often made from materials that are non-toxic and safe for pets. However, it’s important to choose a high-quality artificial turf that is specifically designed for pet use to ensure its durability and safety. Regular cleaning and maintenance are also important to keep the turf clean and safe for your pets.
Should I seal my pavers or travertine
A sealer offers some advantages. It helps resist stains, enhances the color and can bind the sand to the joints making it difficult for weeds to germinate. Sealers are not permanent and must be reapplied every three to five years
Do you charge for designs?
Our design service fee of $200 reflects the time, expertise, and effort we invest in creating a custom design tailored to your specific needs and preferences. This fee allows us to dedicate the necessary resources to develop a detailed and personalized plan that meets your expectations.
Additionally, we offer a refund of the design fee if you choose to proceed with the installation of the project. This refund policy is our way of showing our commitment to providing you with exceptional service and ensuring that you are fully satisfied with the final result. It also serves as an incentive for you to move forward with the installation, knowing that the design fee will be applied towards the overall cost.
By offering this refundable design fee, we aim to make the design process as convenient and accessible as possible, while also demonstrating our confidence in our ability to deliver a successful project.
